Lincoln's friend Charlotte celebrated her first birthday yesterday at the pool. Greta loves
the book that went with the theme, insisted on wearing her
pinkalicious tutu for the occasion, and was especially tickled pink that they got to decorate cupcakes. Of all the yummy options (including m&
m's, gummy bears, pink jelly beans, sprinkles, and fruity cheerios), she carefully selected pastel mini-marshmallows to circle her maraschino cherry topped dessert.
Lincoln missed most of the party due to a mega-nap, but arrived in time for some poolside fun. He didn't get any QT with the birthday girl (nap times not coinciding, natch), but hit it off with one of Greta's newest friends, Emma #3!
