Carey just got back from Greta's 15-month checkup and sent me this e-mail. Thought it was blog-worthy:
Drs appt went ok. She weighed 20 lbs 8.5 oz. 25% for weight. Head circumference remains in the 50%. Length, I think, was 35.5 inches (95%). Dr Nayak is referring us to an allergist. We can call in two days for an appointment. Dr Nayak wanted to check Greta's iron level so they drew a CBC. Horrible experience. But they finally got the quarter-cc they needed. I deserve a medal for wrangling her still while they stuck her and waited for her to bleed. Two shots went fine. She was a trooper. Fell asleep on the way to Ft Meyer and transferred to a cot. I'm the one who is a wreck.
