5 a.m. came early. Got here about 510 and had the amnio done by 630. Now we wait for results and then we're "No. 2 for takeoff" as they say in the airline biz. Just got the anaethesia briefing... we'll try not to sever your spinal cord, we hope you don't get a splitting headache, you'll feel pressure and tugging but no pain. Next post post-delivery.
