Probably none of you click the links in our "Friends blogroll" on the right side of the page very often. Well, today you have a reason. One of my D.C. roommates from 1995-1998 became a first-time father last night. He was inspired (like most of this blog's readers) by me to blog in the months before the birth and promises lots of photos and stories as Sylvia Rose Haley makes her way through the world. Congratulations, Daneigh. Fatherhood is a blast.
